· 7:30 AM Arrive at DHS (Eat breakfast before you arrive at DHS.)
· 8:00 AM Bus Leaves for Gatlinburg
· 8:00AM-9:00 PMTravel Time
· 9:00PM Check Into Hotel (Music Road Inn)
· 10:00PM Lights Out
· 8-9AM Breakfast (Provided)
· 9-9:30AM Jazz Band gets dressed
· 9:30-10AM Travel to performance Site
· 10AM-12:40PM Concert Students Watch Jazz Band Performances
· 11:55AM-12:40PM Jazz Band Performs (Smokey Shadows Conference Center)
· 12:40PM-4:30PM Lunch and shopping time in Gatlinburg
· 4:30-5PM Travel to Performance Site and concert bands gets dressed
· 5:45PM Symphonic Band Warms Up
· 6:15PM Symphonic Band Performance (Music Road Convention Center)
· 6:45PM Wind Ensemble Warms Up
· 7:15PM Wind Ensemble Performance (Music Road Convention Center)
· 8:15-9:30PM Dinner TBA
· 10PM Lights Out
· 8-9AM Breakfast (Provided)
· 10AM-9PM Dollywood Theme Park (Lunch provided, Dinner is NOT)
· 7:30PM Awards Ceremony at Dollywood

· 6AM Leave For DHS (Breakfast Provided)
