PARKING FOR ALL HOME FOOTBALL GAMES (5):
Collect parking fees and sale programs at both entrances (4 people at each entrance). An additional 6-8 people to direct traffic into parking spaces. Time Frame: 6 - 8 at 5 home games.

Parking Coordinator - Steve Braddock

PIT CREW:
Bring out and position pit equipment on to the field for halftime show and competitions. Help bring equipment back to the band room or load on the truck (students will also be helping). It would be helpful but not necessary if you could be there for every game or competition, so you would know where to place the equipment as efficiently as possible. During competitions you only have a certain amount of time to bring on and take off the equipment. Time Frame: 6:30 or 7:00 until 10 or 11(competitions longer).

Pit Crew Coordinator - Derek Adams

COLORGUARD CREW:
Bring out and position flags, rifles, and sabers on the field for the halftime show and competitions. Also, help bring flags; rifles, and sabers back to the band room or load on the truck. Again, it would be helpful but not necessary if you could be there for every game or competition so you would know where to place the equipment. During competition you only have a certain amount of time to place and remove the equipment. Time Frame: Same as above.
